Job Title: Retail Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Advocate to join our team at Manpower Group SA (Pty) Ltd. As a Retail Advocate, you will be responsible for working with retailers to introduce our company technology and generate demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our company technology and its applications in the retail industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company, including retailers and channel partners.
  • Conduct regular meetings with retailers to increase awareness and promote the use of our company programs.
  • Accountable for sales-based performance targets and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and its marketing ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
