Stock Manager

- Ensure accurate stock transactions and system inventory levels reflect physical inventory.
- Verify customer accounts match delivered stock.
- Analyze stock management environment and identify critical risk areas.
- Investigate and recommend warehouse process redesign for stock management and movement.
- Execute finished goods stock inventory management and control.
- Ensure accurate accounting of stock movements via secondary and primary distribution.
- Support regional teams in stock management.
- Reconcile loads delivered to customers on SAP to minimize loss and wastage.
- Monitor and investigate daily variances for weekly reports.
- Manage proof of delivery and customer queries.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Manage CHEP accounts and maintain transaction records.
- Ensure adherence to Stock Management practices at all times.
- Execute customer claims processes and Proof of Delivery requirements.
- Manage audit documentation and Sarbox procedures for effective auditing and RACM compliance.
- Ensure operational standards compliance with SCMAT and flag deviations.
- Maintain stock management policies and procedures.
- Monitor key KPIs for stock management and control.
- Manage stock management systems and software applications.
- Execute stock reconciliation analysis for accuracy and opportunity identification.
- Implement stock counting procedures and standardize across warehouse facilities.
- Maintain quality assurance and roll out TPM FIFO principles.
- Oversee daily stock count for optimal reporting.
- Structure problem-solving using resources and techniques to eliminate root cause and close loops.
- Manage gaps using a formal process to track problems and resolution.
- Identify and prioritize performance improvement opportunities using key KPIs and analysis.
- Plan, implement, and manage performance improvement projects.
- Manage the team effectively to achieve goals, high engagement, and quality work outputs.
- Manage regular engagements with the team to ensure alignment and addressing needs and risks.
- Maintain knowledge and application of the PERFORM Way.
- Manage and allocate work to achieve productivity through minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Align team activities to optimize processes through supporting continuous improvement opportunities and optimizing process capability.
- Manage and maintain management accountability to the Risk Manager on stock-related issues and mitigations.
- Maintain interaction with distribution, production, external customers, and sales when required.
- Experience in logistics and business software systems.
- Experience and understanding of SAP stock management transactions."}
