At Philips, we are seeking a highly skilled MRI Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and supporting hardware and software solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure MRI systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex customer issues, utilizing strong MRI knowledge and skills.
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare as-built drawings to document work completed.
  • Collaborate with internal project managers, clinical application consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver customer projects.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, both remotely and on-site.
Requirements:
  • College graduate degree in Clinical or Electrical or Computing Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience working on MRI systems in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent PC skills, including experience with Microsoft Windows and Office software applications, and basic networking skills.
  • Experience with DICOM and MRI test equipment.
  • Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
