**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the tyre industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, promoting our technical products or services, and building strong relationships with clients.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets by:

  • Identifying and qualifying leads through research, networking, and cold calling;
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the technical features and benefits of our products or services;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries;
  • Understanding clients' technical requirements and providing customized solutions to meet their needs;
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and support of our solutions;
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions meet both client and company requirements;
  • Preparing and delivering proposals, quotes, and presentations in response to client inquiries;
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities;
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives set by management;
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Certification in Sales, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales or business development roles, preferably in the tyre or automotive industry;
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization;
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving sales targets;
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools;
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events;
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
