We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admission Clerk to join our team at Life Vincent Pallotti Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording all admissions of patients to the hospital, performing general administration duties involved in the admission of patients, and operating the Switchboard.
Critical Outputs- This is a shift work position which includes working weekends, night duty, and public holidays when necessary.
- The selected candidate will be accountable for carrying out admission and receptionist duties for the hospital.
- Maturicy/Grade 12 is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy (MS Office, Impilo, Imeds) are required.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with customers and knowledge of hospital procedures and medical terminology.
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently is also required.
