Role Overview
The Project Manager III plays a critical role in driving business growth by managing revenue-generating projects that require technical expertise. This individual will partner with executive leaders across the business and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. The Project Manager III will offer strategic guidance to technical leadership teams, drive project execution, and identify critical dependencies and risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of multiple concurrent projects, including new system implementations, enhancements to existing systems, and systems integrations.
  • Drive long-term growth by implementing standardized processes and workflows across cross-functional projects.
  • Implement change management plans focused on changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organization structures.
  • Align 2U Global goals with project goals and ensure success metrics are defined upfront and measured post-project implementation.
  • Manage resource planning across projects within a program of work to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring stakeholders are aware of potential roadblocks and mitigation plans are developed and actioned.
  • Manage legal and compliance policies and processes for projects related to procurement, software development, and outsourced service providers.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as a project manager for IT or software delivery projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technology-related field or relevant ICT work experience as a Project Manager.
  • Excellent knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques, e.g., PMBOK(R).
  • Self-motivated and able to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a constantly changing atmosphere and prioritizing work appropriately.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Organized and methodical work process.
  • Strong attention to detail.
