Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Parts Sales Professional to join our team at Profile Personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs for automotive spare parts, providing accurate product information, recommending suitable products, and generating sales quotes.

About the Role:

  • Sales and Customer Service:
    • You will engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences for automotive spare parts, including repair shops, dealerships, and mechanics.
    • Provide accurate product information, recommend suitable products, and generate sales quotes to meet customer requirements.
    • Assist with the order process to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • You will develop a good understanding of the automotive spare parts catalog and their applications in different vehicle models.
    • Stay updated on new product offerings, trends, and competitor products in the market.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate customer records and orders.
    • Assist in managing stock levels to ensure product availability for orders.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting:
    • You will support the sales team in achieving set targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
    • Track and report on personal performance and progress toward sales goals.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Follow up on potential sales leads and ensure the resolution of any customer issues.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
    • Assist senior sales staff with marketing, promotions, and other sales-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • A basic understanding of car parts and the automotive industry is necessary.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer skills is required.
    • A customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn are also required.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is desirable.
    • Familiarity with automotive spares and their functions is also desirable.
