- Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing project requirements, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a mining and processing plant environment, including exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to remote sites as required.
- Availability: Availability to work extended hours and on-call support as needed.
