Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Engineering Project Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Pro Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects with specific deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical/Engineering/Technical/Construction discipline or equivalent.
  • Project Management Qualification (e.g., PMP, MBA, or similar).
  • At least 15 years of experience in a related field, with 8+ years in a Project Management role.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering/Production/Construction/Quantity Surveyor/Project Management environment, Construction Management, Contractor Management, Mining and Process Plant and related operations environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
