Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing federal technical guidance in recruitment and placement to senior managers, supervisors, and/or team members;
  • Researching and interpreting Human Resource regulation, such as Title 5 Code of Federal Regulations, to ensure various recruitment actions are within regulatory requirements;
  • Preparing or reviewing a wide variety of federal personnel actions to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable federal regulations;
  • Leading or supervising human resources projects or a team of human resources staff members;
  • Developing job analyses, posting job opportunity announcements, reviewing eligibility/qualifications of applicants, and issuing certificates of eligible candidates.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must possess one year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service performing the above-mentioned duties.
