Job Summary:
Cora ONeil Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration Clerk to join our team in a dynamic law firm environment. As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration duties, including filing, faxing, data capturing, typing, and opening of client files
- Correspondence with clients, emails, and other communication
- Assisting with the preparation of documents and reports
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 with good marks and university exemption
- Recent administration experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate environment
- Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
- Afrikaans and English as first and second languages
- Young, well-presentable, and eager to learn
- Stable employment record and non-smoker
