Administration Clerk Position in Hatfield
Essential Qualifications:
- Young, well-presented Afrikaans-speaking female, ideally between the ages of 20 and 30
- Proficiency in Afrikaans and English is essential (serving both Afrikaans and English-speaking clients)
- Completion of Matric / Grade 12 with commendable results and university exemption is required
- Preferably possesses recent experience in administration (experience in a legal firm or corporate environment is advantageous)
- Competent in MS Office with strong typing abilities (both speed and accuracy)
- Demonstrates eagerness to learn and has a keen interest in pursuing a career in law
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of one year of employment
- Availability for an in-person interview is mandatory
- Non-smoker
- Consistent employment history (no frequent job changes)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks for a legal firm, including filing, faxing, data entry, typing, opening client files, and managing correspondence with clients via emails
Compensation: R R gross maximum (based on experience)
