About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our e-commerce team. As a Junior Digital Designer, you will be responsible for translating marketing strategies into effective and compelling digital designs. You will collaborate with the e-commerce marketing team to create campaigns that meet marketing requirements, ensuring brand consistency and creative alignment across all digital customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging digital designs that align with marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce marketing team to develop campaign strategies
  • Maintain and develop a strong and consistent brand identity
  • Align web creative with digital content for a cohesive user experience

Requirements:

  • Qualification in digital design, graphic design, or communication design
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and detail
  • A portfolio showcasing design work, with a focus on advertising projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
  • 1–3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Ability to work full-time and on-site (remote work is not an option)
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines

What We Offer:

  • A permanent, full-time position based on site
  • A competitive salary of R18 000 - R22 000 per month (dependent on experience), before deductions
