The Role

This Marketing Consultant (Experience and Content Specialist) will play a crucial role in driving strategically aligned events, compelling content creation, and impactful design across the Hyperclear Technologies group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-value marketing events, crafting engaging marketing copy and sales enablement material, and developing visually compelling designs in line with brand guidelines.

  • Event Planning & Execution: Own the end-to-end event planning and execution process, collaborating with senior team members on strategy while leading the execution independently.
  • Content Creation and Copywriting: Craft compelling marketing copy for event invitations, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and blog content.
  • Graphic Design and Visual Branding: Independently design marketing assets, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Support marketing campaign execution, working closely with Demand Generation and Sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation, handover processes, and post-event engagement strategies.

Requirements

We seek a highly skilled professional with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B technology-driven industry.
  • Strong background in event marketing, content creation, and graphic design.
  • Experience working on multi-channel campaigns, integrating events, digital marketing, and sales enablement.
