Job Summary:

CallForce, a leading BPO service provider, is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Set performance expectations and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and updates, ensuring all team members are informed and motivated.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales targets, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.

Sales Performance:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives through quality assurance and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and training to improve performance, ensuring all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and conversion rates, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions, ensuring the team is always striving for excellence.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team performance and individual metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies, ensuring the team is always aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze performance statistics of teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Compliance and Quality:

  • Ensure the team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards, maintaining a culture of compliance and excellence.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Team Leader on a sales/outbound telecom campaign.
  • Good career and sales track record, with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Clear criminal records, with a strong commitment to integrity and ethics.
