About the Role:

The Debt Collection Specialist will be responsible for managing debtor accounts, performing bank reconciliations, and allocating transactions accurately. You will also be required to liaise with clients on a daily basis, verify accuracy of sales documents, and process orders from clients. In addition, you will need to resolve client complaints and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage debtor ageing book and allocate transactions accordingly
  • Perform bank reconciliations and verify accuracy of sales documents
  • Liaise with clients on a daily basis to address their queries and concerns
  • Process orders from clients and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Verify accuracy of sales documents and resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a matric (Grade 12) equivalent formal qualification in Accounting or Debtors Management. Experience in debt collection and management is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
