  • Provide first line IT support and end-user technical support

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and set up iPads and other mobile devices
  • Work with JAMF and ASM management and maintenance
  • Maintain computer lab software and hardware
  • Troubleshoot and repair computer software and hardware
  • Support network infrastructure and maintenance
  • Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement network upgrades and projects
  • Develop and maintain technical documents and knowledge base
  • Assist with cybersecurity measures

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in IT and/or networking
  • Working experience and knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Knowledge of server systems is advantageous
