This is an exciting opportunity to join RareCruit as a Business Development Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our business development efforts. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
  • Closing Deals: Work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
