**Job Purpose:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to implement an effective sales-driven approach, expand our reach, strengthen client relationships, and meet set sales targets.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions by staying up-to-date with market trends and competitors.
  • Promote our products and services to prospective clients and drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
  • Sell our telecoms products and services by achieving set targets and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding into new markets.
  • Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines, and determine key business development KPIs.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction by fostering business relationships and increasing revenue.
  • Assess team performance in growing the business through client acquisition and sales, and monitor and improve sales performance by conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Promote a culture of growth through sales across the business, educate team members on best business practices and techniques for increasing effectiveness, and demonstrate willingness to start immediately.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Business Management or relevant Sales qualifications, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the telecommunications industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, independence, and project management skills, as well as sharp negotiation and networking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
