Job Title: Experienced Client Service Director
Kantar Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Director to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with high-profile clients and drive business growth and success.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership role within our organization, reporting directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, leading and managing a team of professionals, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in client service, account management or a related role within a brand agency.
- Proven track record of managing high-profile clients and delivering successful brand strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
