Strategic Account Manager

The incumbent will be the key point of contact for major clients, anticipating their needs and working with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. This role involves building and preserving strong relationships with strategic customers, identifying opportunities to promote our company's solutions, and ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients to prevent them from turning to competitors.
- Oversee customer data and account management to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain contract compliance for both the company and clients.
- Serve as the primary link between key customers and internal teams, facilitating effective communication.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new ways to retain customers.
- Create plans to address clients' business needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results.
- Resolve any issues or problems faced by customers and handle complaints to maintain trust.
- Drive growth and profitability of Strategic Accounts through collaboration and championing the SEB value proposition, focusing on increasing financial inclusivity in the mass market and shared value creation for key strategic accounts.
- Implement customer-centric strategies to improve processes, products, and systems, addressing changing service requirements to enhance the SEB partnership experience.
- Manage campaigns and interventions aligned with opportunities, available resources, product scope, and best practices while ensuring Return on Investment realization.
- Actively manage and report on Key Account Portfolio targets as well as industry performance and trends.
- Maintain a customer-led approach to stakeholder management.
- Through a data-driven and mutual value-led stakeholder engagement approach, develop a portfolio stakeholder engagement plan, enabling growth for SEB and its key strategic accounts.
- Ensure a consistent understanding amongst all deal team members of Key Account Management Portfolio targets, goals, performance levels, products, business rules, and conditions.
