Job Description

This position reports directly to the manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the farm stall, value added facility, and Deodar site.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Goods Received Notes.
  • Assist with Purchasing and General Ledger queries.
  • Administrate and order stationery, groceries, truck seals, invoice paper, and pay slip paper.
  • Manage meetings and refreshments.
  • General administration tasks.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Achieve timely processing of Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Goods Received Notes.
  • Meet KPIs for reconciliations, resolutions, and postings.
  • Maintain effective communication and liaison with stakeholders.
Responsibilities and KPIs
  • Achieve accurate debtors' reconciliation within the first week after the calendar month end.
  • Resolve short payments and claims before same-month end.
  • Investigate client claims and forward/resolve for authorization in the same month of deduction.
  • Ensure accurate posting and allocation of daily receipts to accounting systems before 10h00.
