The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions on the construction site, ensuring efficient operation of administrative processes, and providing support to site management and construction teams.

About the Role:

This is a critical role that requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing documentation and records related to construction projects
  • Coordinating with site personnel, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Providing support to site management and construction teams as needed
Requirements:
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail
  7. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve administrative issues or challenges
