We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Professional to join our team as a Field Sales Striker for Red Bull.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing territory coverage, perfecting store execution and management, and ensuring stock and POS management meet the highest standards.

Key Accountabilities
  • Territory Coverage Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize territory coverage and ensure consistent execution across all stores.
  • Perfect Store Execution and Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive store excellence and achieve business objectives.
  • Stock Management: Implement best-in-class stock management practices, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • POS Management: Optimize point-of-sale processes to enhance customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Administration and Reporting: Provide timely and actionable reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' sales experience in retail.
  • Diploma/NQF level 5 or Higher/Advanced Certificate.
  • Valid Code 8 Driver's license.
