RPO Recruitment's client, a leading packaging company in Port Elizabeth, seeks an experienced Business Unit Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the SHEQ Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Monitor and control raw materials and finished goods inventory.
  • Conduct accurate weekly stock takes and reconcile data in SAP.
  • Update efficiency schedules and staffing plans daily.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required by the Production Manager.
  • Track and analyze NCQR and CFAR data.
  • Follow up on DRM actions and submit trial requests.
  • Assist with staff and general queries.
Requirements
  • Minimum National Diploma or Degree preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Manufacturing or FMCG experience advantageous.
  • Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel.
  • Strong administration skills and high accuracy.
  • SAP knowledge beneficial.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
