Medical Training Coordinator

A Medical Training Coordinator is required to support the training functions of Watershed Consulting.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support for Medical Director:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Medical Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- On-Boarding:
- Prepare comprehensive training materials, schedules, and presentations for onboarding representatives.
- Monthly Tests:
- Evaluate sales tests and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Training Material Management:
- Maintain an organized library of training resources, ensuring easy access for trainers and participants.
- Facilitation of Training Programs:
- Support the delivery of training sessions across various topics, engaging participants and promoting knowledge sharing.
- Administrative Support for Training Manager:
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to schedule and coordinate training events, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all training activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in medical sciences or a related field.
- Previous experience in training and educational roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Preference for female candidates.
An attractive salary package between $60,000 - $80,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
