Job Description

A Medical Training Coordinator is required to support the training functions of Watershed Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support for Medical Director:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Medical Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  1. On-Boarding:
  • Prepare comprehensive training materials, schedules, and presentations for onboarding representatives.
  1. Monthly Tests:
  • Evaluate sales tests and provide feedback to improve performance.
  1. Training Material Management:
  • Maintain an organized library of training resources, ensuring easy access for trainers and participants.
  1. Facilitation of Training Programs:
  • Support the delivery of training sessions across various topics, engaging participants and promoting knowledge sharing.
  1. Administrative Support for Training Manager:
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to schedule and coordinate training events, ensuring seamless logistics.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all training activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in medical sciences or a related field.
  • Previous experience in training and educational roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Preference for female candidates.
Remuneration:

An attractive salary package between $60,000 - $80,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
