Main Purpose of Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Isuzu and GWM sales team in Bethlehem. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives
Requirements
  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Qualifications in sales and/or marketing would be an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Proven track record of leading a team to exceed sales targets
  • Valid drivers' license
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
