Waxing Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate individuals to join our team as WAXITologists. As a WAXITologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality waxing services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide efficient and effective waxing services to clients, including hot and strip waxing on all areas of the body for men, women, and teenagers.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of aftercare treatments for men and women, including ingrown hair treatment and pre and post-waxing care.
- Meet productivity targets and maintain a high level of precision, especially when performing Brazilian waxes.
- Actively participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives and contribute to a learning environment.
- Adapt waxing techniques to suit individual clients' hair growth patterns to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain a clean and professional environment, adhering to daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient and effective communication with clients.
- Follow all policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
- Achieve targets set by the Franchisee and perform other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.
- Beauty Therapist qualification or equivalent.
- Must have a genuine passion for waxing.
- One year of waxing experience preferred.
- Threading and eyebrow tinting skills an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible days and hours.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
