About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waxing Specialist to join our team at WAXIT Franchise Holdings PTY LTD. As a Waxing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality waxing treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert waxing services, including hot and strip waxing, to clients of all ages and skin types.
  • Ensure a clean and professional environment, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of waxing techniques and products, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Beauty Therapist qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in waxing, with a strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
