WAXITologist Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as WAXITologists. As a WAXITologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality waxing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and effective waxing services to clients, including hot and strip waxing on all areas of the body for men, women, and teenagers.
  • Ensure clients feel comfortable and satisfied with their luxury service experience.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment, adhering to daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding targets as set out by the Franchisee.
  • Follow all policies and procedures to achieve high-quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Beauty Therapist qualification, Waxing Certificate, or similar.
  • One year waxing experience preferred.
  • Threading and eyebrow tinting an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work flexible days and hours.
  • Must have reliable transport.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
