Job Overview

Join our team as a Sales and Account Management Executive at SC Johnson Professional. As a member of our dynamic sales team, you will develop and implement business plans that drive revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on ensuring volume, value, distribution, and share growth within channels.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive sales growth.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement distribution plans to increase numeric distribution in current and new outlets.
  5. Manage Regional Agents operationally to ensure operational excellence.
  6. Provide regular feedback to SCJ on the state of business in SA.
  7. Conduct monthly business analysis and implementation course corrections.
