  • Unpaid Medical Aid Collections: Collect outstanding medical aid payments from clients to minimize debt and optimize cash flow.
  • Account Query Resolution: Resolve any queries or discrepancies related to medical aid accounts or claims.

Requirements

A degree or diploma in a Financial qualification is required. At least 2-3 years of experience in debtors functions, including payment allocation, invoicing, account reconciliation, and debt collecting is also necessary.
