Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in FNB Commercial National Sales and Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise Business Portfolio cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
  • Manage the growth of active customer Account Base to increase client base
  • Contact prospective clients and sell appropriate banking products in order to achieve sales targets
  • Provide the customers with excellent service by ensuring that they are served promptly, understanding their needs and processing their requests

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of an NQF 5 qualification (FAIS accredited)
  • Have an RE5 qualification
  • Have 1 to 3 years' Customer Care/Sales experience in a Retail or Commercial Banking environment
  • Are not an unrehabilitated insolvent
