Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented, motivated, and coachable Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential business-to-business (B2B) clients.

Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, engaging potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

You will be essential in helping us achieve our sales targets and expanding our market presence.

Compensation Structure:

The payouts are dependent on the set and completed appointments being highly qualified.

They have been told what we do, they have a reasonable interest, they understand the ballpark of our fees, and timeline for their leads to start coming in.

155 ZAR - 182 ZAR per hour dependent on past experience and qualifications.

272 ZAR for each appointment set and completed for the first 25 appointments per month (1-25 appointments).

362 ZAR for each appointment set and completed after the 25th appointment per month (26th appointments no cap).

3% Bonus (one-time) calculated on the clients 1st month regular service fee.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients within the target market through various channels, including online research and social media to generate leads.
  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our services and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the client's needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Determine whether there is a genuine opportunity for collaboration.
  • Utilize persuasive communication skills to book high-quality appointments for the sales team with decision-makers, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily goal of 75-100 calls.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly virtual meetings with the team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; MUST BE fluent in English and have a clear speaking voice.
  • 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting role.
  • Have received a matriculation certificate or higher level of education.
  • Proven history of success in exceeding sales quotas.
  • Cold-calling warm and cold database leads.
  • List building and lead generation.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, driven to succeed, and handle rejection professionally in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficient with Google Work products (e.g. Gmail, GDrive, Docs, and Sheets).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Strong listening skills to understand client needs and objections.
  • Able to work remotely while having a quiet, distraction-free workspace; previous remote experience preferred.
  • MUST HAVE a reliable computer with a clear headset and high-speed internet connection.
