Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs tailored to the needs of clinical research professionals
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training curriculums
  • Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions on clinical protocols, research ethics, and compliance
  • Ensure all training meets industry-specific regulations and track employee certifications
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field (required)
  • 5-7 years of experience developing and delivering training programs, ideally in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
  • Proven experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training and familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulations
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and creating e-learning modules is a plus

Estimated Salary: Market Related, R500 000 - R800 000 per annum. Please note that this salary range is based on national averages and may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
