Corporate Sales Specialist

This role requires a skilled sales professional to drive business growth and expansion through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry, and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales efforts with the company's sales strategy to achieve annual and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to identify long-term sales opportunities and expand the distribution network of regional contacts and influencers in the foreign exchange market.
- Maintain, influence, and develop senior-level relationships with key FX Partners and introducing advisors for business development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust business pipeline for Regional Accounts and expand on activities.
- Generate and close a consistently high level of sales opportunities with clients by identifying needs, developing FX relationships, and providing appropriate FX solutions and services.
Requirements:

- Modify approach in the face of new demands; help others (both internally and externally).
- Support change initiatives, adjusting actions appropriately when presented with additional information.

- Comprehensive knowledge of FX sales, systems, and processes.
- Provide an annual sales plan and monthly and quarterly updates, revisions, and modifications to the plan.
- Must be target-driven and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) as well as excellent phone manner with an effective ability to cold call.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans would be advantageous.
- Committed to targets and deadlines.

- Must have a very high level of motivation and commitment.
- Team player willing to work within a small team.
- Open, friendly, and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
