Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to increase demand through digital channels, aligning with business objectives and performance targets.
  • Sales Enablement and Coaching: Provide coaching, training, and support to sales teams to enhance their skills and capabilities in digital sales.
  • Relationship Development and Maintenance: Foster strong relationships between key stakeholders, including SME, Product, Segment, Coverage Sales, Services, Digital, Technology, and 3rd parties to support Digital Sales Commercialisation & Business Development.
  • Digital Channel Optimization: Drive the migration of simplex new-to-bank accounts to more cost-effective virtual and digital channels.
