We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Care Home Administrator to join our team at Job Crystal. As a key member of our care home management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our care homes.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception services, responding positively to all enquiries from prospective residents and assisting with any queries they may have.
  • Coordinate admissions with the Home Manager or Deputy Home Manager, ensuring the Resident contract is presented to the Resident or their representative prior to admission.
  • Manage the collection of initial payment and arrangement of Direct Debits for ongoing payments, maintaining administration systems relating to residents.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a care home administrator is essential.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents.
