Our client is a leading financial services company operating in the South African market. They require a Pricing Manager with expertise in creating and implementing effective pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Pricing stressed debt portfolios to optimize cash flows and meet required returns;
  • Developing and implementing new pricing methodologies for existing and new portfolios;
  • Providing thought leadership in developing innovative pricing strategies;
  • Leading the pricing team and ensuring the maintenance of existing pricing processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering);
  • Post-graduate qualification or relevant professional certification;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a quantitative analyst role in credit and financial services;
  • Strong coding skills in SQL and SAS;
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
