We are seeking an accomplished Senior Application Consultant to drive Business Central solution implementations in Ananzi. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Business Central solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Commercial Team to deliver pre-sales assistance, demos, quotations, and proposal support.
  • Conduct project scoping, engage with clients to clarify their needs, and review internal business processes to design optimal solutions.
  • Develop detailed project plans based on client requirements, ensuring accurate timelines and budgets.
  • Lead solution implementations, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support across the core Business Central solution.
  • Assume ownership of assigned tasks, liaise with clients as required, and partner with the Business Applications team to achieve successful project delivery.
  • Offer expert application support via the Business Applications Support Desk and serve as a technical escalation point for the broader Business Applications team.
  • Maintain exceptional client satisfaction levels throughout the engagement lifecycle, upholding a single strategic focus at all times.
  • Embark on ongoing professional development, fostering expertise in Business Central solutions to ensure compliance with contractual or partnership accreditations or certifications.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' professional experience in Business Central solution implementation, preferably with at least 2 full life cycle implementations under their belt.
  • Proficiency in utilizing third-party solutions such as Continia and Jet Reports.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Working knowledge of Office365 and its applications to the Dynamics 365 suite.
  • Previous experience in D365 Development using C/AL code.
  • Adept at producing reports in SSRS.
  • Preferably, experience in a pre-sale's capacity.
