Business Development Associate

Role Overview:
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing sales team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, providing coaching and development opportunities, and driving sales growth.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and execute plans to engage customers, increase loyalty, and drive repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits, using this knowledge to make informed sales decisions and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar retail role is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems.
- Strong understanding of cash handling, stock management, and compliance with administrative procedures.
- Solid knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in managing customer service, staff, stock, and sales.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
- Flexible and available to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
