About The Role

Are you a passionate Digital Designer with a knack for delivering exceptional design solutions across digital projects? Look no further We're searching for a highly creative individual who possesses supreme attention to detail and strong leadership skills to join our dynamic team.

As an exceptionally talented graphic designer, you will bring your own unique flair to our agency and consistently develop outstanding solutions, regardless of the brief or sector. We don't just want you to take a brief; we want you to collaborate with our diverse team, generate exciting ideas, and create beautiful work and campaigns for the wide range of brands we work with.

In addition to your creative prowess, we need someone who can keep their ducks in a row. With multiple accounts to work across, time management skills are crucial. You will be responsible for managing your own workload efficiently, meeting project deadlines, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in graphic design, showcasing a portfolio that reflects talent and creativity.
  • Possess skills to lead and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Exhibit keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality of design deliverables.
  • Work effectively within multidisciplinary team, actively participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced agency environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver projects on time.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, understanding requirements, and delivering design solutions that align with their brand and objectives.
  • Have diverse portfolio demonstrating experience across different sectors and clients, showcasing versatility in design styles and approaches.
  • Possess expert-level knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, utilizing them to create visually striking designs.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of digital design principles and user interface.
  • Ideally, have experience with tools like After Effects to bring motion and interactivity to designs, enhancing visual impact.
