As a CDU Stock Administrator at Medipost Pharmacy, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of medical supplies in our warehouse. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all stock is safely and correctly stored, received, and distributed on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily warehouse receiving and distribution areas
  • Ensure stock is safely and correctly stored away
  • Receiving of incoming stock and routing to appropriate area
  • Filing of stock orders from production
  • Accurately log inventory transactions
  • Do cycle counts and reconciliation activities
  • Accurately and timely complete instructions for all tasks
  • Comply with company policies and safety regulations
  • Operate forklift/walk-behind or man-on stacker/turret truck and/or pallet jack
  • Accurately pick orders from pick lists
  • Replenish the Auto Dispensing Unit (ADU) to meet operational demands
  • Bulk picking in preparation for the following day's dispensing
  • Replenish stock continuously to ensure uninterrupted dispensing on the ADU
  • Replenish stock on the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) principles to eliminate stock write-offs as a result of expiry
  • Verify stock expiry dates and escalate variances to immediate supervisor
