We are looking for an organized Project Administrator to perform clerical duties on projects. The Project Administrator is responsible for scheduling meetings, managing office and site inventory, and tracking expenses.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Higher Certificate (NQF 5) in Project Administration/Management
- 2+ years’ experience in project administration.
- Knowledge of MS Projects, primavera, candy and billsmart
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Broad understanding of the construction industry.
- Solid organisation and time-management skills
- Must have the ability to work in teams, liaise with people, and handle conflict and to work under pressure.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist project manager and supervisors in all administration function and processes.
- Maintaining and integrating project plans
- Tracking and reporting overall progress of projects
- Planning and scheduling resources
- Host meeting and keep accurate reports
- Complete and submit requisition to Head of Department
- Site compliance
- Document control for the construction department
- Communicate pertinent information between management and staff
- Oversee construction store
- Co-ordinate site deliveries
- Inventory accuracy
- Procure stock
- Adhoc duties.
