CDU Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a CDU Picker LPB. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for accurately labelling medication according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), scanning and loading medication in a timely manner, monitoring Pick 2 lights for stock-related issues, and reporting any technical problems to your supervisor.

1. Accurate Labelling: Ensure accurate labelling of medication according to SOP to maintain high-quality standards.
2. Scanning and Loading: Scan and load medication timeously and within team targets to optimize productivity.
3. Stock Monitoring: Monitor Pick 2 lights for stock-related issues and report to the stock team or supervisor promptly.
4. Troubleshooting: Report any technical issues to your supervisor for prompt resolution.
5. Error Investigation: Investigate and accurately report errors to ensure quality control.
6. Cycle Counts and Reconciliation: Assist with cycle counts and reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
7. Policies and Compliance: Interpret company policies and comply with safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
8. Team Meetings: Attend and participate in team meetings to foster collaboration and open communication.
9. Time and Attendance: Maintain accurate time and attendance records in accordance with company policies.
10. Returned Stock: Assist in packing away returned stock to maintain inventory organization.
11. Stocktake: Participate in stocktake activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
