Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our furniture and homeware store in The Foschini Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, controlling expenses, and managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by executing in-store merchandising strategies and standards.
- Control expenses by managing stock losses and ensuring shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
- Manage stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock losses.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling customer demands.
Requirements:
- A Matric certificate.
- 5 years retail store management experience with a minimum of 3 years flag store leadership experience.
- Experience within furniture and homeware environment (advantageous).
- Hospitality experience (advantageous).
