About the Role
Business Expansion Manager:

The Business Expansion Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies across various conference portfolios. This involves generating leads, communicating with conference delegates, and closing deals on annual campaigns.

Key Accountabilities
  • Achieve minimum targets of weekly, monthly, and annual sales while working in a collaborative Business Development environment.
  • Build and maintain a network of conference delegates from various sectors depending on the conference campaign.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that seamlessly integrates with other departments to maximize client experience.

Main Duties
  • Sell delegate packages to existing or new clients, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded.
  • Exceed sales revenue targets for each event project and introduce new revenue from a wide pool of potential clients.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations and have a thorough understanding of the markets in which you are selling as well as the client's customer base.
