About the Role:

This senior leadership role is responsible for maximizing profitability across our portfolio of luxury properties through effective distribution and revenue management strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing Strategies: Create and implement innovative distribution and revenue strategies that enhance profitability across our portfolio of luxury properties.
  • Optimizing Inventory: Manage room inventory and pricing across multiple channels to maximize revenue potential.
  • Integrating Tools: Lead the integration of revenue management tools to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to boost performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Providing Leadership: Offer guidance and support to property-based revenue managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management and distribution within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated success in maximizing revenue through effective pricing strategies and market analysis.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a deep understanding of online booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
