**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our client's brand marketing efforts. The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and achieve key objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a brand marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate the development and delivery of marketing communications across all stakeholders.
  • Manage and report on brand performance, delivering against set targets.
  • Set performance objectives for direct reports and hold them accountable.
  • Identify and manage stakeholders, including top management, media partners, and agencies.
  • Manage budgets and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Define and assess marketing metrics, recommending improvements.
  • Build organizational capabilities through training and coaching.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of substantial general work experience in Marketing, with B2B experience preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience managing a Marketing team.
  • Preference given to candidates from Employment Equity (EE) and Affirmative Action (AA) backgrounds.
