We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, establishing strong relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach efforts.
  2. Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
  4. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet revenue goals.
  5. Pitching and Presentations: Create and deliver compelling pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
  3. Skills: Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management, ability to work independently, take initiatives, and meet targets.
  4. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  5. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  6. Travel: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
